Brian is an attorney based in the firm’s Minneapolis office and he is admitted to practice before Minnesota state courts and the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota.
Brian has experience with a broad spectrum of military-related legal matters including those before federal district and appellate courts as well as numerous administrative bodies such as Boards for Correction of Military Records, Discharge Review Boards, Physical Evaluation Boards and more.
Brian received his B.A. in political science from Macalester College and his law degree from William Mitchell College of Law. While attending law school, Brian served on the editorial board for both the William Mitchell Law Review and the Journal of the National Security Forum. In addition, Brian worked as a research assistant for noted national security scholar, A. John Radsan. Brian also received the Minnesota Justice Foundation Award for completing 50 hours of volunteer legal service.
