Danette Sheldon
Danette Sheldon is a secondary legal specialist who performs legal research and assists Mr. Sheldon in the management of our law office. She travels with Mr. Sheldon to assist with clients legal questions and to help them prepare for courts-martial and other military proceedings. She also assists with witness interviews.
The Law Offices of David P. Sheldon also employs attorneys in Minnesota and California to assist him with evidence gathering, research and litigation.
Brian D. Schenk
Brian is an attorney based in the firm's Minneapolis office. He is admitted only in Minnesota and his practice is limited to matters and proceedings before federal courts and agencies.
Brian has experience with a broad spectrum of military-related legal matters including those before federal courts as well as numerous administrative bodies such as Boards for Correction of Military Records, Discharge Review Boards, Physical Evaluation Boards and more.
Brian received his B.A. in political science from Macalester College and his law degree from William Mitchell College of Law. While attending law school, Brian served on the editorial board for both the William Mitchell Law Review and the Journal of the National Security Forum. Brian also received the Minnesota Justice Foundation Award for completing 50 hours of volunteer legal service.
