David Sheldon and his team are absolutely great Americans and superb attorneys. After filing for divorce, my ex-wife decided to barrage me with false allegations of abuse and nearly ended my career. I retained David Sheldon and was immediately treated like a family member. They left no rock unturned and were prepared for battle each step of the way. They fought and my promotion was reinstated, an adverse Fitrep was removed by an Admiral, and we proved to the BCNR that the CNPC had violated title 10 USC along with various SECNAV instructions which resulted in 2 backdated promotions with all pay and allowances. Think I have a new appreciation of a lawyer’s rendition of being “in the arena.” Would also argue that arena is one of the toughest.

After nearly a week to mull over what we experienced, I keep returning to the same conclusion: We had a worthy warrior who did an excellent job making the key points while handling a continuous barrage of tough questions.

Whatever the outcome, I know that we’ve been blessed with determined and able legal assistance. Whatever the outcome, I will be forever grateful for the Sheldon law firm’s first-class efforts.

Just wanted to let you know that because of your (and your team) efforts I received my Associate Degree last night graduating with High Honors (3.8/4). I finished college in December and their once a year graduation ceremony was yesterday. My wife and father watched as their loved one strode across the stage and picked up a miracle. My mother watched from Heaven.

I started university in January and finished on the Dean’s List (3.875/4). All these accomplishments started on April 6, 2011. I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your hard work and encouragement to “Tell the Truth”.
